What happens when three natural resource experts and friends lead a hike at Rogue River Preserve? Join a fisheries ecologist (Randy Frick), forest ecologist (Tom Atzet), and soil scientist (David Steinfeld) for an exploration of this riverfront property near Eagle Point. Enjoy the banter! Enjoy the beauty!

In 2017, Southern Oregon Land Conservancy purchased this iconic 352-acre parcel along the Rogue River. For more information on the conservation of this special land go to our Heart of the Rogue webpage.

Meeting Location: Near Eagle Point. Exact meeting location and directions will be emailed upon registration.
Difficulty: Easy with some off trail flat walking up to two miles. Weed seeds and ticks may be present so long pants are advised. A portable toilet is available at the Preserve.
