Golden

This is one of our first conservation easements and its importance has only grown over time.  The 83-acre forested parcel is located in the historic town of Golden and borders the Golden State Heritage Site. Together with a conservation easement on the neighborhing property, a large block of maturing conifer forest habitat is protected, forming the backdrop of the historic town of Golden.
